Delivery

We believe that our delivery service is one of the most important parts of our business and have  delivery teams that reflect that ethos.  We therefore use a home delivery service that specialises in the transportation of furniture. 

Once your order has been processed a member of the home delivery team will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable day for the delivery of your goods.  If  possible we will take a mobile phone number so that on the day of delivery the driver can call you when approximately and hour away from your delivery address.  Therefore you will not need to wait in all day!

On arrival the two man delivery team will carry the goods to a room of your choice.

You will then need to sign to take ownership of the goods.  Please inspect the goods when they arrive and only sign if you are comfortable that they have arrived in good condition. 

If you decide that you do not wish to keep your goods or in the unlikely event your goods arrive and are damaged you can ask the delivery team to take them away with them.  For further details please see the returns section.

If you need to return goods after the delivery team have left please see the returns section for guidance.

If you need to change your agreed delivery date please contact us straight away and we will try to help.  We will definitely not be able to change your agreed delivery date if you give us less than 72 hours notice.

Any changes made to orders may affect delivery dates.

If the delivery team deliver to you on a pre-arranged date but are unsuccessful, you will incur a further charge  of £50 for a second delivery.

All items currently in stock will normally be dispatched within 7 - 14 working days from the date the order is placed unless a different dispatch time is stated on the individual product.  If the items are out of stock we will contact you to discuss acceptable delivery dates.

For some items we are able to offer a free delivery service, these items are clearly marked on the product description. 

With some of our products we are able to offer a home assembly service, the furniture will be put together for you and the packaging removed.  This service is highlighted on the applicable products.  If you are interested please contact us for further information.
