Returning Goods

If you decide that you do not want to keep the goods whilst the delivery men are at your delivery address please let them know and they will take the goods away with them and we will refund you, excluding the cost of delivery. 

If you decide to send the goods back after the delivery team have left you will need to notify us, in writing or by e mail within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered to you. 

Furniture items will be collected by The Sleepyhead Bed Company delivery team or we will arrange collection through one of our suppliers.  Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original delivery charge and you will incur a charge for the cost of collection.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery charge or return postage.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are damaged when they arrive please let the delivery men know whilst they are at the delivery address and they will take the goods away with them.  We will then replace the goods as soon as possible or give you a full refund if you prefer, including the original delivery charge. 

If you notice the goods are damaged after the delivery team have left please contact us, in writing or by email, within 7 working days from the date the goods were delivered to you.   

For furniture items we will arrange to have the goods collected and  replaced as soon as possible or give you a full refund if you prefer.   If refunded this will include the original delivery charge.  

For smaller items, after you have contacted us, please return them by post to the above address.  We will either replace the goods as soon as possible or give you a full refund if you prefer, including the original delivery charge and return postage. 

All returned goods will only be replaced or refunded if the following conditions are adhered to:

- The goods are in their original and undamaged packaging. 

- Unwrapped mattresses can not be returned.  They must be returned in their original packaging 

- The item has not been part or fully assembled. 

- The item has not been used. 

When we receive the item back in our warehouse we shall refund you for the amount you purchased the items for within 30 days.  We shall only refund if the above conditions have been adhered to. 

If you receive an item that you did not order please write to us or email us within 7 working days and we will arrange for the item to be collected and the correct item sent to you. 

If we can not replace an item because we no longer have it in stock or there is a problem with production we reserve the right to refund the item at the price you purchased it for.
